I'm not sure I'd pay more than 10k for an early DC5 these days, is it really good value?

actually, just checked carzone and yea you are right... There are 2 others for 10k on there. Didn't think they'd dropped that much since I was looking at them a year ago. Nice motor for the money I think.

I've seen DC5s for as low as 7 or 8K.
Grace bought hers a year ago last January, it cost over the €20K mark, fresh import from Japan, 2001, in silver, (rare enough colour). Now it'd be lucky to get €10K, and its spotless and well looked after, not as if its been abused.
And we thought FTOs had dropped in price?
