Alternator

Hello, I recently purchased an Fto GPvR and the alternator has just died, disgusted after i just buying it, where can i get a used alty or re con one? O am i as well off getting a new one?

Another Cork FTO driver, good to have you aboard! :wink:

Steelroe on here breaks FTOs (based in Kerry) and Ricerocket (in the UK) gives excellent service, both can supply used. Camskill is an excellent resource, the website alone is a wealth of information and the guys are knowledgeable and helpful.

Welcome to the Club - sorry that you've had a negative experience straight off.

But look at it this way - atleast when you've had the alternator restored/replaced you wont have to worry about again..
