swapping alternators

does anybody know if an alternator from a 1995 spacewagon 2.0 be interchangable with a 95 GR.
There is one scrapped locally near me

Or is there an other car that has the same alternator eg galant etc

Hi Nate

The 94/95 GPX had a 75A alternator (p/n MD317515) while the 96+ model had an 85A unit (p/n MD305461), the latter is the same unit that was used in the 95-98 Lancer (CK6A). The 75A unit was not used in any other model.

Is this the same case for my GR as for the above mentioned GPX ?
