lowering springs

hey lads, took the day off to fit a set of apex lowering springs. just took her for a test drive but i can hear a knocking sound coming from the front when i turn the wheels. its not rubbing on anything visible. is this cause they need time to settle in or did anybody have this problem before

They probably need some time to settle and sit in the groves in the end plates correctly but if it continues you may have to reseat them again.
