GR Tappets

Postby steelroe » Fri Mar 14, 2008 12:44 am

Anyone on here have an old Lash adjuster (Tappet) from a GR. I might have a direct factory supply for these just need to be double sure they are the right ones.

I should hopefully have an old one soon. Just got full set yesterday and plan on replacing them this weekend if the weather is good.

I got them on Ebay from RiceRocket. I paid 290 euro for 24 of them. There is no make on so sorry i can't help there but what it does have is as sticker on the side with MD-376687 and Mitsubishi Lifter stamped on it. This might just be a RiceRocket part number.

Yes, also plan on timing belt water pump, plugs and filters. Had a little set back dough the car was parked in a car park in Ballincollig Wednesday evening and somebody smacked into the left wing and then drove off. The passenger door won’t open properly and there is grinding noise coming when you turn the wheel to the left. I have to get this sorted first. If there is anybody out there with a second passion red wing, please let me know.
