'Twenty ten' - it just doesn't sound right considering we've been using 'two thousand and x' for the past 9 years. That said, you wouldn't represent 1910 as 'nineteen hundred and ten'...

Funnily enough... You actually might if you lived in 1910! Twenty ten though, we are actually living in sci-fi now.
