Not hearing mivec kick in at any stage.
I suspect its supercharged GR rather than turbocharged - sounds more like a bypass valve from a supercharger than a dump valve from a turbo - can also hear what I presume are the SC belts rubbing when braking and on steering lock so its likely to be a fairly homemade install.

not owning a GPX yet and coming from a Vtec background you can see how I made a mistake 
the high pitch sound is defiantly not a turbo but as said the made sound might be a supercharger.

True, it sounded well and it's quick too.
That FTO has no problem seeing off skylines but as for other FTOs, it wouldn't be the quickest...
