Are you talking about the alt belt? or is there a pulley on the timing belt that's squeaking?
Alternator belt is an easy adjustment, slightly awkward to get at the nut on the fanbelt pulley itself, need to loosen that, then adjust it from the top so its a bit tighter, and finally squeeze close the nut on the pulley again so it doesn't shift.
You'd see the volts on the meter not up full if its squeaking at ya though...
