BEWARE!!!! Scammers using car ads to con people

Just seen the car I bought 3 weeks ago up for sale again but this time on pistonheads. I read something about this on the FTOOC as well its not the only car on pistonheads thats part of a scam. Be careful of buying cars where the vendor is using a third party to sell their car as they are "not in the country". The deal is you to pay up front and get the car to "test drive" for a week. Its a scam.

I like the way they changed the side view of the car the opposite way from the original ad. I was going to post original ad on autotrader but its no longer there

You should follow up with this guy Joseph Vega for the craic to try and buy your car (even though you have it in your posession).

Maybe ask him will he do some sort of swap - you can finish the 'string along' by sending him pictures of the very same car - your car !!

I emailed pistonheads to inform them and so they removed the ad. I also e-mailed the seller asking him to contact me to arrange a viewing of the car, just to see what his response would be. I haven't heard back yet.
Pistonheads said they are going to investigate it so if I hear from them I'l keep you posted.
