Ones mans description of a "racing" clutch could be another mans description of a crap one. I presume you are still talking about a single plate clutch utilising the standard flywheel?
Lets see the links/clutch you are intending to use and then we can advise better.

Adding a lightweight flywheel to either will help performance as well.
