Body Kit

Postby ikeane » Thu Feb 09, 2006 1:53 pm

Seeing as I'm replacing parts on the FTO I reckon I might as well take advantage and start putting a kit on it. One site I've been looking at is hostileperformance.co.uk.Has anyone had dealings with them before? Are they reliable and are the replica parts any good?
Also, would the car look ridiculous with aftermarket front bumper and side skirts with original rear bumper ie the differences in height from the ground?
Lookin at the 'Bozz Replica Prefacelift Front Bumper' and maybe 'Veilside Replica Side Skirts'. Opinions?

The Bozz Looks amazing... Actually thinking of doing this myself..
Am torn between the Bozz - Factory Pre Ts and a standard facelift..

I too wont be doing anything to the rear...simply cause I can't find anything out there that I like.. it's all too boy-racerish (NOI!)...

The Bozz is very low - my only reservation really cause I really like the look of that bumper (but please black mesh only). Prefer the DC side skirts to the Veilside esp when blended (like mine :D ).

Jay (you can PM him here) has a good variety of front bumpers and side skirts - If it was my money I'd be going for a pre T's replica or a facelift Bozz (nows a good time to go facelift ) and some blended DC skirts - loose the rear spoiler and leave the back bumper alone and you're in business.

Or you could stick a great big dirty Hiro spoiler on there like me -

Hostile performance was started up by a guy on the FTOOC, sometime last year IIRC. I haven't got any parts from him so far but I'd reckon he should be fine. He has a userid on here "Hostile Performance", you could drop him a pm.

For another option, there's also http://www.reddragonstyling.co.uk/, AdieFTO on FTOOC, I think the same userid on here.
