Give it a couple of days, it takes a while for the springs to settle.

Is it bad that I can't see a difference?
Like maybe like half an inch at the back? But surely that can't be it? :?

Well done :smt041 . An FTO HAS to be lowered! They'll settle pretty quickly on these crappy irish roads. Don't forget a laser re alignement in a couple of weeks

Does the realignment make much different guys? And if so, is it better to let the springs settle for a couple of weeks before having it done?

TopCat, Yep the alignment can make a huge difference. By changing out springs you've pulled a good amount of your suspension out. Let the car settle for a few weeks. The handling may/will be messed up because of the work done and your tyres will start to wear unevenly if this is the case. A laser job will put the car back to manufacturers geometry settings all going well and you'll get more life out of your tyres.

I can see a fairly clear difference even in the front. Looks a lot better imo.
