....I was wondering when that would start......

To be honest I was expecting that result, our fellas are fading the last couple of years. Just dont let Kilkenny win it this year cause then they go one ahead of us on the overall All-Irelands!

Ye're one to talk.
When it comes to hurling - What county in Ireland actually likes Tipperary?

:P

Oh whist, you're only jealous.

Seriously though, you have to be from Tipp to understand, we haven't an issue with any other county only them, it's like an inbuilt hatred since the day you were born...

Yup, Tipp are a good side alright, on another day I think Cork could have done it but there's a few positions Cork need improvement with.

Sure, the qualifiers always does a team good anyway so not unhappy to get some extra match practice in before the All Ireland semis.... :P

Sounds like the problem is on your side then.

Ask any of the hurling counties surrounding Tipp - Kilkenny,Limerick, Offaly etc who they would support in a Tipp versus Clare match and I think you'll find the root problem in your "inbuilt hatred".

 there's a big traditional rivalry between Cork & Tipp alright... old sayings come to mind about 'beating Tipp & saving the hay'.

Prob doesn't help that the Cork team seems to like playing in Thurles either...

Oh don't be taking it all so seriously MFFTO, just having a laugh. I once went out with a guy from Clare, it's only hurling rivalry.

Ah ye're not so bad Cork, I think it was the first time we beat you in Thurles in over 80 years or something? Madness. :o
