Yes but it wouldn't allow me to upload my Admin pic keep's saying it should be jig gif png? I've them stored in my PC picture's folder?

It sounds like it's the wrong format. You'll need to open it in an image editing program (even Paint will do if it can read your file) and then save it as a jpeg, png or gif.

When you click "Save as" there should be a file type option under the file name.

Ok this is what it says everytime I try upload a profile picture?
"The avatar image file size must be less than 10 KB"

your picture is too big, try shrinking it in MS Paint. you only need a tiny picture for the profile pic.

on MS paint, an Avatar will look tiny, about the size of a postage stamp

yeah - you'll have little co-ordinates in the corner telling you the size as well.
