cig lighter assembly

Hi guys,, anyone know how to remove the assembly,im looking to buy a snooper,,but upon pluging in my mobile charger found the bloody thing not working,, the fuse is ok,and it iluminates when the lights are on so the power is there,may be there is a wire off or something,,but anyway there is 1 going on e-bay,, going to buy it when ive looked at the wires on the back of the thing.
