I've got a manual GR and can get about 700kms out of a tank (€45) of petrol if I drive like the Audi in Top Gear, about 450km driving like the car wants to be driven.

with the FTO it's best not to think too much about MPG - just enjoy the drive.... :-)

Wow - 700 is good. I just did about 650 from a very full tank with 400 of that on motorway. Normally around town I only get about 400 total.

Eats juice if you drive hard but why have a car like this if you don't enjoy the acceleration and noise.

Just put the cat bypass and ITG in again this weekend. Noiiiiiisy but nice

I think that the GR is a lot better on petrol than the GPX anyway. But I know your all right.

It best not to think to much about the MPG :D

I was driving a T5 volvo a while ago and if I was driving hard the computer read 3/4 mpg. On average the volvo was giving about 33/34 mpg my GR gives me 25mpg.

So im guessing that driving hard the FTO is giving 3/4 mpg which is a euro per mile in petrol!!!

I'm driving a GR and am also averaging out at about 100kms for €10. Which I think is ok for the type of car your driving. A friend of mine has a Celica and is only getting about 140kms for €10.
