Lost Key and Alarm fob

I have a small bit of a problem. My wife lost the key and fob to her FTO . She said the dog ate it .
I managed to break in without doing any damage, took a lock out and got a key cut. The key works fine, but I can’t turn off the alarm or immobiliser.
It has a Meta M96 alarm and I can’t seem to find any information on it.

Any solutions would be appreciated.

Get a new alarm fitted, ive never heard of meta so can't offer any words of wisdom would strongly reccomend clifford.
