Postby jayod12b » Wed Jul 23, 2008 10:12 pm

Well lads have a bit of a problem with my stereo past few weeks,
Wont power on normally but on a hot day aerial shoots up and everything works fine,
Ive checked for loose wires and fuses seems ok,
Cant think of anything else,
Anyone got any ideas
Thanks jay

Get yourself a multimeter and measure the voltage. I had a similar issue when i fitted my stereo (it obviously required more power than the previous one) and would light up but not work. I had to fit another grounding point to get the voltage up -presumably a grounding point somewhere had become less effec tive. Only a suggestion, of course your stereo may just be broken.
