A solution to 'The Headlight Problem'!

AM I right in assuming that the only reason to take the headlamp out and bake it in a oven is to do the interior of the glass?

If you're talking about getting rid of the condensation problem in the lens, then yes.

Or if your going to colour code the black plastic bit of the headlight.
Lots to think about, nothing to worry about!

I did the light sanding, t-cut method and it turned out great.
