Thanks, had spent pretty much a full day with T-cut and colour magic / wax - it was badly needed. The spoiler and mirrors were really fading and had a white haze all over them.
The colour magic is evil stuff but it works well to hide small scratches. It dries really quickly and if you leave it too long it won't polish out.
Needs a tough wax on top though to seal it.

I think I'll invest in an electric buffer thing for next time though, arms and back were crippled after it..

dont do it!!!! my mate is a car detailer and he said those things are SO bad!!! he has spent hours gettin the swirls left by them out of cars!!!! get mopping pads (dunno where to get em now or nethin) thats what tom uses and he swears by them!!! and he knows his sh!t!!

I beg to differ here, I use a random orbital polisher and its one of the best things I've bought in terms of car care. I use a Porter Cable 7424 polisher, its very difficult to mess up your paintwork with this unit, the results are exceptional when used properly.

soory i shud have mentioned that the swirls are from the fleece kind of buffers.

Where did you get that CJ - is yours a 110V from the USA?

Can't seem to find anything as good for sale over here..

Yes, theres no UK\Euro variant. You'l need to invest in a 220-110v transformer in order to use it here.
