Bad points
some rust on the. Probably from a old roof rack. Can be removed easily though.
The heater is tempermental and sometimes only blows warm.
Been in storage for last 2 motnhs

Other then that the car has never caused me any trouble other then replacing the IFS. It passed the last NCT no bother.

In storage in North Wicklow at the moment.

This car needs an NCT to pass. FTOs without an NCT are saleproof.

I don't want to buy your car, I'm merely pointing something out.

People are very concious of the 5 penalty points you can get for having no NCT. obviously this is putting a strain on the NCT system. you should get a booking within 6 weeks, which is plenty time, given the price you're asking.

Next available date = August. and I even know a guy that works in there!

Its an unreallistic assumption to think that anyone will get points for not having an NCT till the back log has cleared. Im not saying this cause im selling my car but just making a point.

Anyway the car is in storage and I wont need to take it out as I will be unable to drive for a few months due to surgery. So there is no rush to sell it!

I rang on thr 6th of May and got the 19th of May....... in saying that, a friend of mine rang two weeks before me and isn't until the end of June, so maybe it's pot luck, I probably got a cancellation or something

^^ what he said. I had mine last month and got it in a 2 weeks.
Sorry to go OT but just to point out that if you actually have an NCT date booked, the centre can take you whenever they like in the meantime. Once your on the system its fine. I learnt this as I had a car previously due for an NCT on a Friday evening. The NCT centre rang me and explained the time was a bit awkward for them and that once its booked they can do it whenever. I more or less could pick anytime I wanted cause I was helping them out. Might be worth ringing them the odd morning seing if they have a cancellation that day.

The car though is very highly priced considering age and no NCT... Seb couldnt even sell his GR for half that. Good luck with it though, hope the NCT goes well.

Ah, but he also got it tested in the meantime! lots of cancellations due to people putting off the NCT for as long as possible. Mine is booked for the end of October but TBH I'm not too fussed about having it or not, I have the booking slip and that will do!
