Need help in Dublin if possible!

I know this is a massive favour to ask someone but ive been in contact wit a guy in Dublin 7 (Hanleys Corner area or something? dont know Dublin at all!) about an FTO at a good price. Very eager to get one but dont really want to have to go all the way up if its a waste of my time. I know it needs a few things done to it and the NCT has long expired but I'm just wondering if there's anybody who knows there stuff around that area? I dont mind paying them for checking it out if they know what they're doing! Would really appreciate it seeing as Im up the walls at works lately so even finding a day off is tough... Thanks Chris
