So, when the car was finally brought up for testing, the guy had the car in the far lane testing emissions. After 10 minutes, I get nervous. He then backs the car out of the testing area and my heart slows down. I step away from the window for a minute to wait for my name to be called. No such thing. I look back into the testing area and there is my car in another lane...I have a lump in my throat. After 5 minutes (felt like an hour) the guy brings over a colleague. It was looking bad, because this is what happened the last time. A few more minutes and then they bring over a more senior looking guy. Three of them are poking around the engine bay and revving the car. I see red lights on the monitor. I wanted to run out there and see what was wrong. All sorts went through my head. I was thinking it failed, but was it just the cat, or was it something worse causing emissions. So, the main guy came out to me, I was one of the last people waiting. He apologised for such a long delay and said they couldn't find the correct revs with the equipment, as the engine was running smoother than anything he has ever seen. Good I ask.....Very good he says and hands me my PASS cert. Emissions at 0.20%.
