If it was me, I'd have a go with the isopon and the wet n' dry for the crack, although to do it properly, you might need to spot weld some mild steel plates on the underside. That said, it would be a good intro to body repair!

Ok, um, wots isopon? I'm told to do it properly you'd have to do a bit of welding alright, with filler the first few times you close the boot its liable to fall out.

solder or braze some 2mm plating to underneath of boot, then either fill holes with silver solder or isopon, go for the silver solder if possible, then grind , rub down and paint

Well guys sorry for lack of picture but i went up to the Square tallaght at lunchtime to get a roll with one of the girls..... parked the car.... walked 20 yards to the obriens sambo bar and got a roll.. Then went in for a quick game of outrun. (Sounds like a decent lunchbreak ????)

Well no.
Got back to my car and theirs glass everywhere. Some £$%^$"$£$"£$"£$"£$"£$ raped my car... smashed in the driver side window and robbed my new mobler... I know you;ll all say what an idiot leaving your phone out but it was an accident... I'd say i was gone from my car 8 minutes and this happened. So phone containing pictures is well.... gone.
Managed to get a new window but had to drive all the way to meath to pick it up... yes in the pissing rain with no window...Hope this keeps it fresh in everyones minds... hide anything you value!!!
Enjoy the weekends

Oh my god I'd hunt them down :x At least you have the window fixed now tho. That sux :( Someone tried to break into my Civic when I was living in Bray. The car was parked about 10ft from where I was sleeping! Had to climb thru the boot to get into work the next day!

Well here is the one image that i managed to get off my phone before it was nicked on me!!! Think the plain look is quite nice. More to follow.
Going to get a twin exhaust conversion next month similar to this.

Looks really clean from the back anyway. 8)

Are those TV aerials - if so - how is the reception? - mine came in with a TV as well but the reception is crap - Its not something I've spent any time on improving so if you get yours sorted let me know how.

BTW - try and keep the twin exhaust to a "Jap look" (eg twin slash cut 4" round) rather than a "Euro" look as above. Where do you intend getting the exhaust from?

Was going to get it custom built down in blackrock.. had some work done on my old hairdresser motor down there.. mx3 and the results were pretty good. Not looking for anything noisey though as last exhaust blew my head open daily. Yeh the aerials are for t.v reception is good but i cannot figure out how to fine tune as its in japanese!!! doh. Its a panasonic with no model number so i don't see how i'm expected to find a manual.

Have you tried taking the unit out of the dash? Might be a model number on a sticker on the top/bottom of it?

I had a 2 x twin outlet exhaust on my old GS - had it done by Powerflow in Mullingar a long while back - it was same kind of style as merc sl55...

yea I agree, the pipes would look much better if they were recessed more. I moved from the GS to a GR but now I'm driving a golf gti.... wife pressure unfortunately  ! I'm a weak, weak man :r

But I'm not finished yet........
