Bleeding the Brakes

Any one got a guide on how to bleed the brakes?

Went to fit the brembo's over the weekend, ended up needing a 5MM spacer, which i got but when we were putting the caliper and hose together there was no male connector to attach the two. so i wasn't a happy camper! yet another project delayed but in fairness tony b has sorted it straight away!
