can anyone confirm that an insurance company cant refuse you a transfer. do they have to if you ask them. cheers peeps

none of them have to UNLESS

you get 3 refusals in writing and then the first one has to insure you!
try 123.ie they have offered to minsure me on a GX and iv a provisional licence
