Hydraulic Lifters replaced still Rattling

Hi everyone,
After a little help please I have a FTO GR just replaced the hydraulic lifters and now the car rattles alot more than it did tried driving for ten miles still doing it. I fitted the 3mm modified ones. I assume it could be the oil pump. Does anyone know what the psi should be on a gauge at idle or under load or whatever it can be. Your help is much appreciated. I also used 10w/40 Mobil 1 oil semi. I tried 5w40 but it was alot worse. Ive tried hydraulic lifter from wynns in it still no difference and it doesnt quiten down when hot either.
