Lowering?

My mate has an fto and he wants to lower it. How many mm is this car lowered - http://www.mitsubishi-fto.org/ I know its on coilovers but wud i be able to get just the springs for that kind of drop?

How much are those Tein lowering kits? Would lowering the car be a wise thing with all the ramps in Dublin City? Is it hard to yourself?
You know, somebody actually complimented me on my driving today. They left a little note on the windscreen, it said 'Parking Fine'.
