CHANGING CALIPER SEALS

Hi guys,anyone know of a link with pics on changing the front caliper seals on a GR?got home tonight to find smoking caliper,i thought i had the problem fixed with a seccond hand caliper,but looks like i should have done the seals anyway"learn buy ur mistakes"
But just got to thinking maybe it could be a flexi hose problem as well and possibly not the caliper,ive had a slight bind on it ,as it wuz getting quite warm,just changed it two days ago with seals that looked in better condition only to make the problem worse,mmmm.
anyone had probs with the flexi pipe?breaking up inside the hose and alowing the fluid to flow down but not release back..
