Its something I want to do to mine and not sure if firstly it can be done without a hoist or garage lift, or secondly if a novice like myself should go at it. Also roughly how long do you think it would take to do? I read that the bushes are tricky to do even though relatively easy, that its just access can be a pain.
yes it was a crap job tbh.the worst thing is the camber bolts.i wouldnt take it on with no lift to do it on the ground would be madness.access.striping the fto down is not bad very easy to removed it all.the only problem is them damme camber bolts. and and the setting up the camber again.if you do try it dont try but bushings into the rear wishbones just buy one one's like these http://www.camskill.co.uk/products.php? ... b0s10p7624 its not worth the time and work fitting bushings into the old one's the inner bushing mount bends when pressing in the new bushing.i made this mistake.so buy new rear wishbones, the dog bone arms bolt off easy from the trailing arm and trailing arm comes off easy, just remove rear brakes and a few bolts and its out.but you will need a hyd press to fit the new bushings.
so the worst thing is camber bolts if i never see another one ill be happy. ..lol... i put alot of copper grease on the new one's.
