might have been bought by someone in balbriggan area then. there is quite a few FTOs around Balbriggan now. Normally see them when Im passing in someone elses car 
Mind you alot of people from Dublin have moved to balbriggan in past 2 years so I don't know the people as locals either.

lol... Well lets just say there are more people from city outskirts (finglas, ballymun, coolock etc) moved to balbriggan in past 3 - 5 years than there were people in the town 10 years ago. It's seriously grown in population recently. Pity the road capacity didn;t grow too though.
