What CD is in your car stereo at the moment?

Postby colm_mcm » Tue Mar 24, 2009 9:28 pm

Just out of interest.

Be honest!

I have "Hit Parade" by Paul Weller in there at the moment.

Cue - " Red Hurley" is the greatest singer songwriter of our generation.

I've got the new U2 CD in there along with Sigur Ros / The Script / Kings of Leon and a couple of mixed CDs.

Also have the IPod attached with the obligatory several thousand crap tunes and a few good ones.

Have an old Sony 10 CD changer... Red Hot Chili Peppers is the current one loaded I think, have a couple of jazz compilations, U2 Joshua tree, The Cardigans CD (super extra gravity or something like that?)... couple others I can't think of.

Bit of a mixed bag in the changer at present :

Papa Roach
Christy Moore
Angels of Mon (Discover Ireland - 'Highs and Lows' guys)
Stain'd
JT
50 Cent
AC/DC
Bon Jovi

Can't remember the rest.

Oh - and my solution to the crappy iPod tunes outwighing the great ones - only put the songs you really like on there - consign the rest to the dusty CD rack until the end of time.

Amon Amarth, good old viking death metal, just a mix cd of what I think are their greatest tunes, and lying in wait is a mix of Metallica tunes.
