Splash guard?

Postby kevinod » Tue Jul 07, 2009 10:38 pm

Just wondering, cos I haven't got one - has anyone got a splash guard on their FTO? Do the facelifts have them by any chance?

Yep, I think I remember recently having to reattach mine after fitting the new horn.

I was looking at them on camskill, don't think I have one.
There's two parts to it though.

Ah, didn't think of looking at Camskill, just came across it on ebay. I guess it wouldn't make a lot of difference to put them on, but haven't come across them before.

I'd say it might keep your engine bay looking a little cleaner for longer, especially if you don't have a standard air setup.

I must have a look under your car Laura to see what it's like.

Seen these on Camskill a while back. I have yet to see one fitted to any FTO i have scrapped or worked on, kind of surprising that they were all missing, maybe it was an "optional extra"
