Where would I get Paint?

Anyone know where i'd get a quarter litre of paint (Moonlight Blue - T88C I think) to spray a spoiler?

Any car body repair shop will be able to supply the paint they will have a master list with every paint code (combination in the case of pyrenees black) available.
