Hi mate, Who did you use? It was a little hard finding a place that do imports and BT postcodes too. I am with elephant.com for the FTO. For me it was good bit more than I like to pay, 1300 TPFT, that's 28year old male, married, licence for 9 years, on a new policy with 0 NCB. That also accounts for the GS that they wrote off last year only after 3 weeks of the policy start date.
Think Quinn direct do up this way as well.

Hope that helps.
What size of alloys did you get by the way?

The problem is alot of firms over the water won't deal with BT codes still. :x
£950 fully comp is not that bad, considering the insurance group these are in.
Nice looking car btw, take it the pic wasn't taken in Belfast, tried to pick out land marks, couldn't place it.

In the good old days, I would say yes. But these days they really check up on things like that, ie when mine was stolen last year they ask for my work address too. would look funny if you worked in Belfast but your Home address where the car is stored at night is in Scotland.
They even took pictures of the drive way. Came to take statements from the registered address too, and even got the wife to confirm my statment.

oh and the cops will spot that trick a mile off if they were involved.
The first thing they will check is Tax, insurance, and who its registered to.

It's great if you don't have an accident, but if you do chances are your buggered.

So IMO NO, not worth the risk.
