Traction Control Light

I was cumming home from work today and was drivin at normal rush hour speeds. When the road opened up bit i put my foot down ain 3rd and the traction control came on. i did it again in 4th gear and just gave it bit of juice and again the traction contol kicked in. when i turned the tc off it was fine. any ideas. my car is a gpx semi auto. im going out for a spin later s il c if it happens again

sounds like a problem with (ABS?) sensors. Quite common on cars with traction control.

Don't know what the craic is with FTO's though, maybe there's a common fault
