Two of my alloys are now buckled, Ive put them on the back but theres still a tiny wobble, Ive gotten Alloys fixed before and the results wernt great. I also need tyres so im thinking about a new wheel and tyre package.

Im wondering what peoples experiences are with alloys basically which brand are the strongest as the last thing I want is for them to buckle again.

Try avoiding potholes more often

All of the well known brands (Momo, OZ, TSW, Mille Miglia, Kahn, BK racing etc) are built with rigidity in mind.

Easier said than done on my drive to work, I have to keep the windows closed to stop me falling out of the car

I have mas italy wheels at the moment and I had smyths before

Neither lasted very long :cry:

Anyone got a particular brand that has taken a good punishment??

i've a set of Dynamics RvR's and they taken a good hammering and not a bother on them.

Ok well do an expirement the next time you see a pot hole drive straight into it and let me know how your wheels hold up!!

yeah they're 18's, i hit a pothole last week and they are fine, i hit it fairly hard too.

I have league tantrum (077) 18" on my black one gone thru many a pot hole and they are still standing, even hit a kerb side on and they haven't buckled. stay away ftom smiths, wolfrace,mas italy and some of the older tsw"s they may look good but are very soft espically the smiths.

Interesting!!, id love 18's but seen as I can hardly run 17s i really shouldnt ......

What tyre profile are you running with the 18's ? Do they fit on oK??
Any rubbing??

Mine is lowered so i did start with a 40 profile but had to change that to a 35 profile on the front as they were rubbing on full lock
