Back to FTO!

After 3 weeks in the states, driving a Buick Rendezvous (website) I got back into my FTO yesterday. Man that was nice to be down 'in' the car rather than 'on' it again. Not saying anything bad about the Rendezvous, better than I thought it would be, but nothing like the FTO driving position. Still though, a lot to be said for 4 wheel drive, 3.4L engine...

Between now and christmas - get lights done (finally!), buy another 3 17" alloys to match the one I got my hands on, oil change, and get to do the belts & water pump. Tyres might be a january buy...

While I was in the US I saw an ad for Castol Magnatec oil I think it was, advertising that it now lasts up to 6000 miles! I thought they were twice that! Maybe it doesn't last as long with the more extreme hot + cold they get over there?
