I think so. I got €2550 which isn't bad for the car itself really. But I had a lot of stuff in it they wouldn't cover, alloys, DVD/CD player and a few other bits. (If you read the policy about radio recieving equipment it says they cover "permanently fixed" radios etc, when I tried to claim for my DVD they said they only cover factory fitted stuff. I tried to argue that it clearly states in their policy handbook "permanently fixed" which mine was. But they were having none of it. I was told by the insurance ombudsmans office if I fought it, I was in the right as its not clearly stated in the policy that they only cover factory fitted equipment. But it could take months to sort it out. In the end I'd seen the car I wanted didn't want to loose out on it so just settled with them.)
What pissed me off is I wanted to keep the alloys but they wouldn't let me take them off. They said the 2550 price was with the alloys on it. I couldn't understand that as they dont cover them and wouldn't replace the broken ones if they were to repair it. But it turned out for the best in the end, I bought a 96 Gpx in the UK (the silver FTO in my gallery) for what will work out at just over 3k with VRT. So I think it was to my benefit in the end.
If I could get a quote off anyone else I wouldn't be with quinn to be honest, you basically are just paying for a disk in the window your screwed if anything was to happen.
