Theres a lot of spec I am certain I have missed out on - this Zed must be viewed to be appreciated. Recent 3K service of engine and supercharger - all fluids - brakes etc. A list of receipts (over 10K in past year alone) that would give my Bank Manager a heart attack.
And now to the price - €19,500
yes you can buy a 03 350Z for close on 10K. But not one that has had another 30K + spent on it to create what was for me the ultimate Zed. Front cover car on Japanese Performance and MIJ magazines.
My other option is to strip the Zed (bring back to standardish spec) and sell the aftermarket parts - probably makes the most financial sense but I just don't have the heart to do it - its what I feel the 350Z would have been like if Nissan weren't concerned about budget and just set out to design the ultimate performance coupe.
- perhaps a V70R or similar type estate. In the meantime I'll be running both the Zed and the Paj Evo until either sell-on. One of these days I'll have a car with less than 3.5 litres in capacity (my last five petrol cars have been 3.5l - 3 Zeds,Murano, Paj Evo plus a 2.7 diesel RRS) that'll have the performance without the stupid 1600Euro Irish road tax - which looks like its only gonna get more expensive in the next budget. Won't be surprised to see either the Zed or Paj Evo ending up in the UK either.
