Any mechanic could do it for you, but you'll find some resistance due to the fact its not the safest mod in the world.

Just to add to that - anyone who saw Irishgirls rear (the FTOs that is) at the 1/4 mile will attest to the fact that the rear bumper looked quite melted! :shock:
