Yip - You won't get much change from 8K (dependant on condition).
Theres a few floating around alright - if I was buying an FTO at the moment my preference would be for a manual mivec - be it GPX or GPvR. The main attraction for me on the GPvR would be the LSD and the HIDs.

Presume you are refering to the "Ralliart" FTO's though these were not "tuned" - just offical UK FTO GPX imports under the RalliArt brand.

Forgot about these - never saw one in UK or Ireland - and the fact that the mechanical differences amount to dampers, brake pads and an exhaust system (all wearing parts on a 13 year old car which probably need to be changed) means I wouldn't go paying too far over the odds for one.

I've never seen a Nakaya-Tune FTO but there have been a few of the yellow COTY special editions for sale, mostly in the UK.

I paid 11k for my GPvR manual last march. It's a 1999 and had very low miles and straight in from japan. I reckon its got to be worth 9500 anyways. Especially for someone who is looking for an immaculate 99 GPvR.
