Well I'm happy to say I'm now the proud new owner of Jay's car. :D :D

I have to say it's every bit as good as it looks and well I had a tough time getting much off the price after taking it for a drive and seeing the smile on my face after.

Hope to maybe get to sleek in two weeks time and looking forward to being a more active member of the club

Welcome to the club Scottledeuce - good to meet you the other night. Def take a look at the meet threads - that would be a nice FTO to get into the show & shine in Limerick in a couple of weeks.

Thanks guys

I've only had it for two weeks now and I can say I'm in love with it already.

Jay done a fine job looking after her and the only problem is I cant think of much more I can do to improve the car as there are some vary tasteful mods on it.

All things going well I hope to be in Limerick next Sunday although I haven't entered anything, hut next year I'll hopefully have my name on the 1/4 mile.

Your car would be fantastic for the Show & Shine, you have to register in advance though. Details here:

Feck it I might just enter her.
The only problem is I'll have to drive from Carrick on Shannon that morning and the car will most likely meed a clean by the time I make it to Limerick.

Colm whats the story with entering multiple events, can I enter the 1/4 mile/ Rollin road as well because I see on the meet thread there is spaces left.

It's a choice between show and shine and dyno, 1/4 mile teams full :(
I'm pretty certain they won't allow show and shine cars to be moved to the dyno area.

Don't forget I've a BBQ at my place the night before (which you are most welcome to attend) - you could overnight along with the rest of the crew and do the 20min convoy the following morning - http://www.fto-ireland.com/forum/phpBB2 ... php?t=8243

Cheers Shane :smt023 , Sound's like that could be a plan plus it will be a chance to meet some of the other lads and lassies.

I'll let you know Monday if that's ok
