They can be made but it will be difficult to make 'em cheap due to demand. Muad, care to investigate?

If it's now possible we'd need some quality pics.
Perhaps something could be sorted with an FTO admiring photographer

Sorry for the late reply - have been a tad snowed under lately.. I'll look into it - have a few providers in mind already... should know more tomorrow evening.

If anyone needs a dig out let me know, there would be a lot of work retouching wise and would need to jump on it very soon esp if you wanted it for Jan 09. Digital short run printing would be the cheapest way to go. There's loads of companies out there who once supplied with good artwork and logos could lash them off fairly quickly. Not sure how much as that depends on size etc. You could do a great calendar for 2010, lots of locations and ideas etc.

Personally I'd rather have an excellent calendar in 2010 than an average one in '09.

Could we do a charity tie in? It might help raise the club profile...

Just a quick update...

I've found a provider that will do calendars - it seems they have product that suits our needs.. Just need to look into their shipping and manufacturing... shouldn't be too long now till we can launch a calendar... I'll keep you all informed..

Frankly I think its a bit late in the year to be planning an FTO-Ireland 2009 calandar, that said, if we can get some daycent pics together at short notice, its do-able.

so who's up for a 09 calendar ?

should we make a list of who wants to be in it or let a jury to chose best 12 photos ?

Getting a few different snaps up from different people is fine if,
They ain't 'pixelated' and are fairly sharp, you need a canvas size of at least 10x8'' or A4 approx @ 300 dpi in high res Jpeg, PSD, or TIFF file formats ideally. It just depends on the overall size of cal and is it one car per month or a few? Other than that I'd be happy to work on a really nice one next year when we all have the time. Keep it 'classy'!

Would def be up for a 09 calender if its possible.

I would have thought if people submit what that have, and then a poll to pic the best 12?

think the idea of having an fto calender on my wall with all irish fto's is a great idea whether my own car makes it or not!! but a public vote would be a fair way of doing it!
