740 fully comp with setanta. Full protection and breakdown assistance etc.
I suppose its ok. Will shop online a bit before among but could not find anything last time I checked.
Car valued at 7k on renewal. Never devalued it. Doubt it would effect quote much changing value to 2000 etc. In fact they might decline to insure it.
I dunno. At least it didn't rise.
It's great how so many on here seem to get insurance for 500 to 600ish. Will look around.

Morehan likely the ones for 500-600 aren't full comp as the value their car for 1000-2500 and the cost doesn't reach the bar for fully comp cover

Mine is fully comp and I'm paying €541, saying that I was shocked to get it for that price seeing as a couple of years ago I wouldn't even have got TPFT for that. I have the car down as value of 5K.

You're right Seb. I was fearing 1k etc where I'd need to consider TPFT or selling, so yeah I am happy. Very happy. Just been expensive month with timing belt parts, motor tax and this
all good though.

Mine is finally on the way down again too, instead of up. Got my renewal with Quinn and it's finally down to a nice number - €350. Not too shabby for address in central Dublin.

Probably as a result of combination of the following : full NCB, TPFT only, highest excess selected (€300 I think), just over 40 now (ouch), 1 additional female driver (over 40 also).

Got mine today, down by €250 to €1250 with Quinn. Happy enough but I'll ring later and see if they can do any better just in case
