although the car is 98, isn't the bumper pre-facelift? despite being described as a facelift bumper

It looks like symphonic silver which would be fairly rare (not that a dealer would know) though I didn't think it was avail on the pre facelift - which begs the question why has it classic side light pods - surely not for the sake of fitting the gastly veilside front?

No offence intended - just to clarify - the veilside can look ok as part as an overall kit but when its the only styling mod on an unlowered car it just looks wrong (I know I'm not helping myself much here).

I guess its just personal taste - I had a hiro spoiler (or mobile ironing board as the rest of the forum used to call it) on my car for quite a while - most of the forum didn't like it - but I did - so it stayed on (for a while!).

They looked OK - but they were very light and strong - 17 inch Forged Magnesium Work RSR alloys + ultralight titanium lug nuts - tried to keep the unsprung weight to a minimum - its the most important area to loose weight from a car. Started off life as white before I powder coated them black:

Man they are CLASS!!! Im looking for a nice set of black (or gun metal/titanium colour) 5 spokes for my WHITE GPvR. I think they look brilliant. When I had the standard 16inch rims off I was amazed how light they actually are... thought they would be bad, but they very good for standards. still, I need black 17s.

Try Rota rims - http://www.rotarims.ie/Products.asp
They have a variety of styles to suit the FTO - really lightweight and excellent value rims.
JayVR on here got a set of the 17 inch "boost" style in gunmetal last year.
I got a set of gunmetal 18inch GTR's for the Zed.

They have distributors throughout Ireland or you could order them direct.

very nice Bernard - they appear to be Rotas as well - however if anyone is buying Rotas make sure ye also buy the same colour wheel not as the rims - as per above pic - the standard steel nuts take away from the look of the rim IMO.

Rotas copy a lot of the mainstream styles - my GTR rims are copies of the Nismo LMGT's used on 350Z GT racecars in Japan.

There seems to be a Rota logo on the front hub that why I thought they were Rotas but I may be mistaken.
