Photo size

OK, I know this has probably been answered before but for a complete PC unfriendly user person like me can someone help please. :oops:

I want to load some pics into my gallery but keeps telling me photo size is too large. How do I change this.............nice small words please for the sad PC illiterate person :?

You prob just need an application like Paint shop pro that can scale images. You can prob download something for free from download.com handy enough.

Then open the image, and I think its usually in the edit menu, either size or scale, and adjust however it lets you.

Bit vague, sry about that, I'll see if I can find a good one later on. if you've got the Kodak Imaging app (comes with some versions of windows) it can probably scale the images for you too.

PT, as per the original post in the Suggestions\Update forum:

This facility allows registered users to upload picture no larger than 256Kb at a max resolution of 1024x768 to their personal gallery.


The pics you're trying to kill my server with ;) are outside of the stated parameters, get yourseld a copy of Visualizer Photo Resize, its free an easy to use.
