9K is GPX Manual money - you might get someone who doesn't know their FTO's to buy at this price if they really want a big sound system. But you won't get anyone buying a 95 GR Tip on this forum for 9K - there are too many for sale at 5-6K. Dubious performance claims (from above link) of 200BHP and 0-60 of 6secs on a GR Tip won't help to sell it to a knowledgeable PetrolHead.

Good luck with the sale Mark - but you're going to need it to get 9K.

Agreed. However car is described as "2.0 Mivec V6", which I guess makes it a GPX. In which case the 200bhp figure is not far off the mark, round figures are always best! The 0-60 time...now that's another story.

In fairness I think they look ok with the lowering -about the same as the standard 16"s. In fact I would have thought these were 16"s.

Is this the car that was advertised for €8k ono on racershaven? If so is the €9k a special FTO Ireland price :?:

Ahh! It was described in the first post above as just a 2l V6 24Valve so I presumed GR. If its a GPX Tip it should be worth a little more. BHP won't be too far off the mark either.

Presuming average mileage for a 95 - say 80K miles - then I would say a GR Tip is worth about 5.5K - 6K - maybe up to 7K with that sound system. A GPX TIP (or GR manual) could command an extra 1K (it would be a grand well spent IMO) over the GR TIP.

Oh wow so you still have it??

Even at 6500 I still think it's steep for a GR-Tip I'm afraid.
I might get back to you if the deal on the GPX manual I'm looking at falls through.
(might I add that the GPX manual has lower miles, brand new NCT,and still comes in at less than 6500)
If I were you I'd consider selling the install on it's own, I think you'll have a hard time getting rid of the car with the gear in it.
