Straight through...just like last year :)

No issues.... I stuck in the exhaust BUNG to silence the exhaust (as I've had to do for the past 3 NCTs). Other than that, no hassle. The BUNG is only a 5 minute job. Bolt it in. I've left the CAT in for the past 3 tests too. Can't believe I used to bother taking it out.. zzz I'm getting old. lol. Car is really aging well. NCT till OCT 14 now.

Good stuff. So you're saying you used to take the CAT out for the test ??? Or are you talking out taking out the CAT bypass ?

I haven't bothered putting the decat pipe back on either. Have my nct booked december, but looking for earlier date. Every year is just a pain in the hole really

Hey Kace, yah, I used to have a Milltek De-cat box in for my daily driving. Made exhaust sound a bit more deep/rumbly. Didn't really make any noticeable power difference, although a rolling road might show a couple of +/- bhp/ft/lbs difference I'm sure. Anyway, I just got fed up putting the CAT back in for NCT. I used to have to go to a ramp in my mates garage, and buy new gaskets every couple of times (probably not needed, but I did). I even did it on the floor one year when his ramp was unavailable. Anyway... After they changed to the 12 month NCT cycle, I thoguht Fc*k that. Left the CAT in permanently. De-Cat box at home in the press. Sounds marginally more raspy with the CAT in. No detectable difference in power/fuel use etc. so feck it.
