Just have too ask the boss how much he wants for the aluminium then up on the cnc lathe they go,
no hassle making them ,
Have a set of them on the car already from the previous owner..
Is it much of a job gettin them out??

Jay, I reckon you could make a few quid out of bangin' out dial rings, I always felt they wre overpriced from new.

Generally, theres a bit of tape holding them in place although some owners choose to glue them in - otherwise, they're easy to get out.

haha its gone a bit mad
I think we should ask jay if he wouldn't mind knocking out a few sets for a few people on the site.
Its gone from one set of rings to a list of customers. It looks like people would be willing to pay so its up to you Jay.

Has anyone ever got aluminium anodized? Just a thought...

Tanx ikeane
Ahh no i wouldnt mind staying back a few evenings in work to make the dial rings thats no problem,
Theres goina be 3 different sizes so id be doing each size in a batch number then changing the program for the different rings.
I checked out the stock we had in stores today and weve loads of tubing for the larger rings but not as much for the smaller ones just solid,
So lll probaly have too get a length ordered in,
As regards your point about anodized,
Good point i was thinking of going down that road we do send batches of different metals to a place in dublin for different colour anodised,
lll find out the cost monday and lets yeas know
